SP manufacturing GmbH is a competent partner in the manufacture of high-quality plastic products using injection moulding. Since its foundation in Birgel in 1988, the company has been producing sophisticated plastic parts.

Starting with our first snowboard bindings, our Birgel site now mainly supplies customers in the automotive industry. As a reliable partner, we support you from consultation and development through qualified toolmaking to high-quality, tailor-made end products for your individual needs. Our customers benefit from our many years of experience, technical expertise and our state-of-the-art toolmaking and production facilities.

The core competencies of our Birgel site lie in tool design, toolmaking and injection moulding, including the production of complex assemblies.

Vienna is our location for the sports product range. Here, product development is combined with design & technology, marketing, graphics and international sourcing.

Our sports and leisure products are manufactured in Slovakia. In addition to pure injection moulding, the components are printed, assembled and put together into finished articles ready for dispatch. This area was expanded in 2015 with a new plant in China.
